Context:

Sonatrach and the National Council for Scientific Research and Technologies launched a competition to promote and encourage scientific research in Algeria, coinciding with Sonatrach's 60th anniversary.

About the Competition: 

It aims to promote and recognize excellence in scientific research.

Publications from top A+ journals are considered to have the most academic impact.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria:

Publications from 2020 onward are eligible.

Research must be in energy security, food security, or health security.

Authors must be affiliated with an Algerian institution.

International collaborations must specify author roles and nationalities.

Selection considers journal reputation, citation count, topic relevance, author position, etc.

How to Apply:

Eligible candidates should submit the application form to the provided email address.

Winners:

6 total winners, with 2 in each research area.

Awards:

Each winner receives 1,500,000 DZD.

Winners present their publications at the awards ceremony.
