Missions of DGRSDT

Under the authority of the minister in charge of scientific research, the directorate-general implements, within a collegial and intersectoral framework, the national policy for scientific research and technological development as defined by law n° 98-11 of 29 Rabie Ethani 1419 corresponding to August 22, 1998, amended and supplemented, referred to above.

As such, it is in charge of implementing all the provisions of Law No. 98-11 of 29 Rabie Ethani 1419 corresponding to 22 August 1998, amended and supplemented, referred to above, relating to programming, evaluation, institutional organization, human resource development, university research, technological development and engineering, research in social and human sciences, scientific and technical information, scientific cooperation, promotion of research results , infrastructure and major equipment, and financing of the five-year program.
